This Title IX Decision-Maker Training provides a clear, practical overview of the decision-maker’s role in the grievance process. Participants will learn how to review investigation reports, evaluate evidence impartially, apply the appropriate standard of evidence, and issue well-reasoned, compliant determinations. The training also highlights due process requirements and common pitfalls, equipping decision-makers to make fair, defensible decisions.
