“Real challenges. Real strategies. Real growth.”

This collaborative series is designed to support Resident Educators and mentors as they navigate the real challenges in their first years in education. Each session combines essential RE program insights with meaningful dialogue, practical strategies, and collaborative problem-solving grounded in authentic classroom experiences. Participants will leave each meeting equipped with actionable tools, strengthened professional connections, and the confidence to grow and succeed throughout the year.


SESSION 2: Title: “Launchpad: Setting the Stage for Success”

Focus: RE Program Overview + Classroom Foundations

Description: Kick off the year by unpacking the RE program, building relationships, and setting a strong foundation for classroom success. Participants will explore expectations, decode common education acronyms, and begin developing systems for classroom management that set the tone for the year ahead.
