Join this engaging, in-person two-day training designed for new mentors in the Resident Educator Program. Required for state certification, this academy equips mentors with essential skills to support instructional growth and development. Full-day attendance both days is mandatory for certification. The training is strongly encouraged for mentors trained over five years ago.
