Are you ready to take the next step in your leadership journey? The Next Level Leadership Series is designed for aspiring and emerging educational leaders who are considering future roles in district administration. Through a combination of professional learning, reflection, and direct access to experienced educational leaders, participants will gain insight into the realities, opportunities, and challenges of leadership beyond their current position.
Throughout the series, participants will engage in a guided book study of Am I Cut Out for This? by Elizabeth Dampf, using the text as a framework for examining leadership readiness, professional growth, decision-making, and career advancement. Each session will feature a different district-level administrator who will share their personal leadership journey, lessons learned, and practical advice for those considering a transition into educational leadership.
Sessions will blend discussion of the book, role-specific insights, and candid conversations about what it takes to successfully move into and thrive in these leadership positions.
Whether you are exploring your first administrative role or considering a move into district-level leadership, this series will help you reflect on your strengths, identify areas for growth, and develop a clearer understanding of the pathways available for advancing your career in education.
