Districts will participate in a structured, year-long pathway to earn the Trusted Learning Environment (TLE) Seal. The ESC team plans and delivers five regional network meetings that build district capacity around each of the TLE practice areas. Throughout the series, participants receive curated resources, vetted templates, and sample artifacts aligned to the TLE criteria to support local implementation. District teams attend all five network meetings, engage in collaborative problem-solving with peers, and complete artifacts aligned to their district's level of readiness. At the conclusion of the network, districts may choose to apply for the TLE Seal in part or in full, depending on local needs, evidence availability, and leadership direction. The ESC provides guidance throughout the application process to ensure districts are prepared to submit a high-quality, complete application.
