This interactive professional development session is designed for general education teachers, intervention specialists, and administrators. Participants will explore two foundational co-teaching approaches: One Teach, One Observe and One Teach, One Assist. The session will focus on the purpose, benefits, and effective implementation of each model, with an emphasis on purposeful data collection, student support, and collaborative planning. Through discussion, examples, and practical application, attendees will learn strategies for maximizing teacher roles, improving student outcomes, and fostering effective partnerships within inclusive classrooms.
