This Title IX Investigator Training provides a practical, step-by-step framework for conducting prompt, thorough, and impartial investigations in K-12 settings. Participants will learn how to apply current Title IX regulations, assess jurisdiction, plan and document investigations, conduct effective and trauma-informed interviews, and evaluate credibility and evidence. The training also addresses basic report writing, determination standards, due process requirements, and common pitfalls that can undermine compliance. Designed for both new and experienced investigators, this session equips participants with the tools and confidence to carry out legally sound and defensible investigations.
