Districts agree to have at least one administrator, at least one teacher, and at least one high school student join at least 7 out of the 9 sessions. We request no more than 10 participants from each district monthly.

If your district adopted ODEW's model AI policy through NEOLA or OSBA, one of the requirements is for each district to hold an AI workgroup consisting of various roles beyond your district. The workgroup's goal is to research new AI tools. We understand the massive challenge this requirement brings and are here to support you. Our workgroup consortium consists of a monthly virtual session and includes Business Leaders, Related Service Providers, School Board Members, Higher Ed Personnel and Parents. We do the research and facilitate the meeting. All you need to do is bring a few district representatives, including an administrator, a teacher, and at least one high school student. Join this consortium and check the workgroup requirement off of your list.
