Additional details

New Mom Support Group

Motherhood changes everything - your identity, your body, your relationships, your priorities, and sometimes your mental health.

This group is a safe, judgment-free space for new moms to show up as they are, share openly, and learn tools to feel more grounded, connected, and supported.

What We’ll Explore Together:

Who Am I Now?

Motherhood can blur your sense of self. We’ll explore identity shifts, personal values, and how to reconnect with you underneath the diapers and schedules - using insights to create space for who you're becoming.

Realistic Self-Care

Forget the bubble baths. Self-care is about creating space for your well-being — even in 10-minute pockets. Learn how to use tools to challenge guilt, set boundaries, and take care of yourself without the pressure to be perfect.

Shifts in Relationships

Whether it's your partner, friends, or family — motherhood can shake things up. We'll discuss common struggles (like feeling unseen or unsupported) and practice communication tools to rebuild connection and mutual understanding

Coping with Stress & Overwhelm

Sleepless nights, mental load, emotional ups and downs — it’s a lot. Learn how to identify and reframe negative thought patterns, regulate your nervous system, and develop personalized coping strategies.

This is your space. While we’ll offer structure and tools, the group will also help shape what we focus on each week, so we can dig into the topics that truly resonate and support one another where we’re at.

Nonrefundable Payment Policy:

To secure your spot in the six-week therapy group, full payment is required in advance. By enrolling in the group, you acknowledge and agree to this nonrefundable payment policy. Please note the following terms regarding payment and refunds:

  • Prepaid and Nonrefundable: The full cost of the six-week group must be paid prior to the first session. This payment is nonrefundable, regardless of attendance or withdrawal after the group begins.
  • No Prorated Refunds: We do not offer refunds or credits for missed sessions, partial attendance, or late cancellations. This policy helps us maintain the continuity and commitment necessary for a supportive group environment.
  • Transfers and Make-Ups: Because this is a closed group, missed sessions cannot be made up or transferred to future groups or individual therapy sessions.
  • Exceptional Circumstances: In rare, documented emergencies, we may consider a partial credit toward a future group at the discretion of the facilitator. This is not guaranteed and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
