Vendor Selection

  • Completion of the form does not guarantee an opportunity to vend on the farm
  • Priority will be given to vendors who have successfully participated in past events.
  • All items must be hand made, home grown or intentionally curated.
  • We will not accept multi-level marketing, network marketing, or direct marketing vendors (ie. Mary Kay, LuLaRoe, Rodan + Fields, Scentsy, etc.) or contractors/service providers (BathFitters, Anderson Windows, etc.)
  • While we cannot guarantee there won't be similar products to yours, we will limit to the best of our ability vendors with identical offerings (for example, there will certainly be more than one jewelry maker but ideally each maker should have their own personal style).
  • We expect our vendors and their products to promote inclusivity. Vendors or products that are ill-intended, in poor taste or dividing in nature will not be tolerated. (This has never been encountered but want to make it clear)
  • We reserve the right to select vendors based on product appropriateness. We genuinely want to set you up for success. We have a good understanding of what products and styles perform well, and what makes our events unique:
  • Things our guests love:
  • Any and all food
  • Local
  • On-Trend
  • Handcrafted
  • Homegrown
  • Vintage
  • Outdoor lifestyle
  • Natural materials
  • Growers and Farmers (especially new ones!)
  • Small Businesses
  • New Businesses
  • Woman Owned Businesses
  • Things that do not perform as well:
  • Primatives/Country
  • Fine Art (think Arts Fest juried type art)
  • Service providers
